For more than 30 years, Gustavo Anschutz has worked in consultancies with the Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (IDB), the Corporación Andina de Fomento (CAF), Banco Mundial (IBRD) and IIRSA (CAF), in studies and projects of land use planning, waterways, ports and logistics of cargo and passenger mobility, with special emphasis on the development of Strategic Plans and Master Plans and studies of costs and micro and macro logistics competitiveness based on cost studies of the logistics chain. Gustavo Anschutz also developed his activity as Head of Studies and Projects (1995-2005) of Hidrovia SA (Jan de Nul-Emepa) concessionaire of Hidrovia Santa Fe Océano, as Logistics Manager of the Belgrano Cargas Railway (2006), as advisor in new commercial development of International Trade Logistic SA.

In particular, in the last 10 years, as Managing Partner of the consulting firm AIC Estudios y Proyectos, he has worked intensively on strategic plans for ports and waterways (among them forCAF- Plan Estratégico del Río Paraguay Paraná and Río Uruguay 2014) and in the evaluation of investment projects in river and maritime transport infrastructure, port and logistics (Puertos Secos and Zonas Logísticas Extraportuarias) in Argentina and for more than 10 countries in Latin America, including logistics corridors and analysis of cargo and mobility logistics macro-projects, for public and private clients. Finally, Gustavo Anschutz is the Academic Director of the Diploma in Port and Waterways Management (ITBA 2006 to date) and Professor of several subjects of the specialty, including River, Maritime and Waterway Transport and Port Management.

Engineer Fabián Diner is an industrial engineer, with postgraduate and master's degrees in transportation planning, with significant experience in both the public and private sectors. In the public sector, he has worked in the elaboration of the National Transportation Plan of Argentina, coordinating a multidisciplinary team of 17 people. Fabian Diner is an experienced transportation expert in Latin America, with consulting experience in logistics and infrastructure projects, as well as in design and statistical modeling. His professional activity includes more than 50 projects for government agencies and private companies in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica and Panama. In the private sector, he has been a Senior Consultant for AIC Estudios y Proyectos since 2006 and has participated in important consulting projects. Previously he has worked as Engineer and Area Coordinator in the logistics area for the following multinational companies: Falabella (Retail), Praxair (Industrial Gases) and Tigre (Piping and Fittings). Nationality: Argentine and German (both with passport and citizenship).  In conjunction with engineer Gustavo Anschütz, developer and implementer of AIC's Model of Competitiveness of Logistics Chains MCCL; already implemented in more than 25 studies of demand and competitiveness of ports, transportation and value chains in Latin America.

Working with AIC Estudios y Proyectos since 2006 managing the area of Functional - Operational and Technological Development of port infrastructure, logistics and transport projects, more than 25 studies and projects in the sector.

Architect Fernando De Stéfano received his degree from the University of Buenos Aires in 1985 and postgraduate specialization in Port Management and Waterways at the Instituto Tecnológico Buenos Aires (ITBA) 2011, has developed his professional experience as a designer of housing infrastructure in his early years. In 1990 he started working with Eng. Gustavo Anschutz of AIC as support in the planning and design of commercial ports and marinas, and then since 2009, he joined AIC as Technical Manager, and directed the area of Physical Development of ports, logistics infrastructure (dry ports, logistics extraport areas, unimodal and multimodal logistics platforms, etc). 

He has the experience of more than 50 studies and projects of the specialty in the sector since 1987 to date. He has carried out the physical design of master plans, master plans, preliminary projects and projects of port terminals and logistics, and leads AIC's specialized team in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Autocad 3D.

Working with AIC Estudios y Proyectos since 2006 directing the area of Physical Development of port infrastructure projects, Logistics and transportation, more than 25 studies and projects in the sector.

An economist from the National University of the Northeast, she holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Policy from the University of San Andrés. She was a Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow under the Fulbright Program and pursued postgraduate studies in Agricultural Economics and Business at Cornell University.

 She has extensive experience in the formulation, evaluation, and negotiation of public investment projects, particularly in port infrastructure, transportation, logistics, energy, and public utilities. She has served as a public official and as a consultant for UNDP, the IDB, the World Bank, and the GEF.

 She joined AIC Estudios y Proyectos in 2010, where she leads the Economic and Financial Development practice and has contributed to more than 25 infrastructure studies and projects.

Ángeles Llerena is a civil engineer who graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina and holds a diploma in Port and Waterway Management from the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology and Fundación Libertad.

 She joined AIC Estudios y Proyectos in 2008, specializing in the design and planning of port and logistics infrastructure. She has contributed to master plans, feasibility studies, conceptual designs, and detailed design projects for ports, intermodal terminals, dry ports, logistics zones, and landside and navigable access routes.

 She has experience working on projects in Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia, and Uruguay for government agencies, port authorities, and private companies.
