Engineer Fabián Diner is an industrial engineer, with postgraduate and master's degrees in transportation planning, with significant experience in both the public and private sectors. In the public sector, he has worked in the elaboration of the National Transportation Plan of Argentina, coordinating a multidisciplinary team of 17 people.

Architect Fernando De Stéfano, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 1985 and postgraduate in Port and Waterways Management at the Instituto Tecnológico Buenos Aires (ITBA) in 2011, has developed his professional experience as a housing infrastructure designer in his early years.

An economist from the National University of the Northeast, she holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Policy from the University of San Andrés. She was a Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow under the Fulbright Program and pursued postgraduate studies in Agricultural Economics and Business at Cornell University.

Ángeles Llerena is a civil engineer who graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina and holds a diploma in Port and Waterway Management from the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology and Fundación Libertad
